According to the study of Consulting HDO and L'impossible University, from that year, Traditionalists, Baby Boomer, Generation X, Generation y, and Generation Z will share the work environment.





The largest group will be the millennials that will represent 47.99% of the workforce, followed by Generation X with 28.65%, the baby boomer with 12.74%, generation Z with 5.45% and the traditionalists with 4.44%.
